<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve welding property of an electric double layer capacitor by improving a welding chip. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an electric double-layer capacitor, positive poles 11 and negative poles 12 of a fixed number are alternately laminated while interposing a separator between them, and while using one part of each of positive poles and each of negative poles as lead parts 15 and 16, the overlapped parts of the same poles are respectively bonded to terminals 17 and 18 by spot welding. The welding chip 21 obtained by mounting a thermal resistance resin pipe 35 surrounding a head part 34 excepting the end of the head part is used for the welding chip 21 of the spot welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
