<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft apparatus, a delivery device and a method for use in a stent-graft system for repairing aneurysm capable of controlling the graft position after placing a graft from an introducer catheter, using the introducer catheter with much smaller diameter than known ones to reduce problems due to use of the introducer catheters with large diameters. <P>SOLUTION: A graft 10 is folded back in a transmittal system 15 including an introducer catheter 20 and operating leads 21, 22 and transmitted to an aneurysm part in a hollow-body organ or a vessel through a lumen structure. When the introducer catheter is pulled out in the distal direction, the proximal end of the graft and a loop 11 are placed from the catheter, and so the loop restores an approximately circular shape.
