<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic door opening equipment which does not deteriorate beauty, which is excellent in the waterproofness and operability of an operation part, and which can ensure safety during an operation. <P>SOLUTION: A detection electrode is mounted on a part of a door which is opened by a door opening mechanism, and the door opening mechanism is operated by detecting a capacity change between the detection electrode and an earth, which is caused by bringing a part of the human body close to the detection electrode. A lighting unit indicates a position of the detection electrode by using a lighting pattern A, in advance of the operation of the door opening mechanism, which is brought about by the detection electrode, indicates that the capacity change is detected by the detection electrode, by using a lighting pattern B, and indicates that the door opening mechanism is in operation, by using a lighting pattern C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
