摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a nano-particle oxide electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell utilizing highly viscous nano-particle oxide paste without binder. <P>SOLUTION: After highly viscous nano-particle oxide paste of a salt form is formed by acid-base reaction by respectively adding basic aqueous solution and acidic solution into nano-particle oxide colloid solution which is well dispersed in the acidic or basic condition, and after the nano-particle oxide paste is coated on the substrate, nano-particle oxide electrode of the dye-sensitized solar cell is formed by drying the paste at lower temperature of 150&deg;C or less. By this, the highly viscous nano-particle oxide paste for low temperature coating can be manufactured depending on acid-base reaction without adding polymer, and through this, the nano-particle oxide electrode can be formed even in low temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
