<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal capable of suppressing useless power consumption by normally performing position registration and incoming call waiting. <P>SOLUTION: When a parameter (a Tx diversity CL1 or CL2) indicating a transmission diversity is received from a base station BS though the mobile radio terminal does not have a transmission diversity receiving function, a control unit 100 regards the parameter as a No Tx diversity so as to control an exchange part 10 and to try DCH (Dedicated Channel) reception. When DCH reception is performed in failure; the base station BS is defined as the one not to be searched in cell re-selection processing and cell search processing, and is not selected as a serving cell for a predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
