The plate has a detent unit with a base (1) and two lateral walls that delimit an interior space (7). The detent unit forms an angle in the interior space with each lateral wall, where the angle formed between the base and each lateral wall is higher than ninety five degree and less than eighty five degree. The lateral walls present elastic deformability and are provided with flanges (3a, 3b) at its sides opposite to the base, where the flanges are constituted by folding the lateral walls towards the interior space. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a set of frame elements comprising furring (2) a method for assembling a frame.
