<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power transmission system for reducing transmission of drag torque occurring in the case when temperature of lubricating oil is low. <P>SOLUTION: A micro-actuator 30 is installed so that the end of its outside perimeter is positioned further inside than the end of the inside perimeter of a clutch plate 13, and a laminated film 32 is provided oppositely to the slide-contact face of either one of clutch plates 14. The micro-actuator 30 is made up of an annular substrate 31, and the thin laminated-film 32 formed on the substrate 31. Axial through holes are made in the substrate 31. A diaphragm is formed to each through-hole in the laminated film 32. The diaphragm becomes flat when temperature of the lubricating oil is high, and it axially swells when temperature of the lubricating oil is low.
