<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody against a 6-sulfo sugar chain having 2-6 bonded sialic acids, and also an examination means or a treating means of malignant diseases such as cancer and immune diseases by using the antibody. <P>SOLUTION: This antibody having 6-sulfo sugar chain as a recognition sugar chain in which the sialic acid bond is 2-6 bond, is successfully established, and as a result of the examination of cancer tissue by using the antibody, it is found that the antibody reacts with a 2-6 sialyl 6-sulfo sugar chain expressed in the cancer tissue and not reacting with a 2-3 sialyl 6-sulfo sugar chain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
