CONTAINER FOR HEAT COOKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for heat cooking which can prevent the pressure or steam inside the container from falling below a predetermined value during cooking.

SOLUTION: The container for heat cooking is provided with a container body 10 and a cover body 30 fitted on an opening of the container body in a detachable manner. A circular groove 36 which is in a round shape being depressed towards inside of the container body 10 from the outer surface of the cover body 30 is formed on the inner side in the diameter direction of the cover body 30 than the section fitted on the opening of the container body 10. A covered member 50 is applied to the outer surface of the cover body 30 in a way that it covers the opening of the circular groove 36 and a circular hollow space V is formed between the circular groove 36 and the same. The covering member 50 is composed in a way that it is fitted at one end section 51 in the diameter direction at the outer section in a diameter direction from the circular groove 36 on the outer surface of the cover body 30 and is abutted against the inner section in the diameter direction of the circular groove 36 at the other end section 52. The covered member 50 is composed in a way that the other end section 52 side can be elastically deformed against the one end section 51 side and an air hole 37 that communicates the inside of the container body 10 with the hollow space V is formed on the circular groove 36.
