<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC generator for vehicle, which can effectively reduce magnetic sound in accordance with a resonance frequency of a fitting system and the number of rotations of a rotor with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A second rectifier 5B is constituted of a plurality of switching elements (MOSFET). A control circuit 57 controlling ON/OFF of the switching elements of the second rectifier 5B adjusts timing of ON/OFF in the switching elements and varies a phase angle differenceδbetween an output current of a first rectifier 5A and an output current of the second rectifier 5B. Thus, magnetic sound can effectively be reduced in accordance with conditions of the resonance frequency of the fitting system and the number of rotations of the rotator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
