<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a miniaturization adapted for a security device in a semiconductor storage device having security function, and also to allow a change of coupling weight of a neuron model. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor storage device is equipped with: a storage section 10, in which the plurality of nonvolatile semiconductor memory cells 11 are arranged in parallel for storing the coupling weight of the neuron model by electric charge amounts accumulated in a charge accumulating layer, sources of respective memory cells 11 are connected to data input ends for inputting the data, and control gates of respective memory cells 11 are connected to key input ends for inputting cryptographic keys; an addition section 20 for adding a signal to be output to drains of respective memory cells 11 of the storage section 10 as the product of coupling weight and input data; and an evaluation section 30 for evaluating by means of inputting the signal output from the addition section 20 as authentication data and collating in comparison with reference data to be registered as user's information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
