<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell wherein a diode is unnecessary to be provided as an external part and a diode for preventing reverse current is mounted inside without failing the conventional sheet-like structure, and to provide an electronic device provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell is provided with: a flat plate substrate; a lower electrode formed on the surface of the substrate; a semiconductor layer for power generation which is pinched by the lower electrode and an upper electrode; and a lead-out electrode which is connected with each of the upper and lower electrodes to take out an electric energy produced by the semiconductor layer for power generation to the outside.
