PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus, a photography scene registering method or the like for easily conducting additional operation of a selectable photography scene at photographing. SOLUTION: A photographic parameters for each scene element (character, flower, pet, outdoors, daytime, or the like) constituting a voluntary photography scene is stored in advance, each scene element is classified into a plurality of kinds, and the scene element, constituting a desired voluntary photography scene, is selected each kind by a user. A scene name of a new photography scene comprised of a plurality of scene elements is prepared from the name of each scene element, and the photographic parameter corresponding to the new photographic scene is prepared, based on the photography parameter of each scene element. The new photographic scene is registered by storing the corresponding prepared scene title and the photography parameter. The voluntary photography scene is added, without photographing in advance a prescribed photographic subject in a prescribed situation applicable to the desired photographic scene.
