PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a prepreg capable of producing a laminated sheet that has equivalent performance, using no organic solvent substantially, to a conventional laminated sheet produced using an organic solvent. SOLUTION: This prepreg comprises a fibrous base and a thermosetting resin composition supported by it. The method for manufacturing the prepreg comprises steps of mixing by heating and melting two or more thermosetting resins and an emulsifier, then making a resin liquid composed of an aqueous emulsion dispersing the molten resin composition in water and impregnating the fibrous base with the resin liquid, wherein each thermosetting resin has a softening point of≤100°C and/or preferably at least one of them has the softening point of≤40°C.
