HARD COAT FILM, AND, ANTIREFLECTION FILM, POLARIZING PLATE AND DISPLAYING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which has a good adhesiveness with a transparent substrate film, has an excellent adhesiveness after a light resistance test, and has a hard coat layer having both high hard properties and an excellent antistatic performance, and to provide an antireflection film using this, a polarizing plate and a displaying device.

SOLUTION: In the hard coat film, the hard coat layer includes a π-conjugated electrically-conductive polymer (A), an ionizing radiation-curable resin (B), and a cyclic ether-containing vinyl compound (C) and/or an amide group-containing vinyl compound (D). The composition for the hard coat layer includes the π-conjugated electrically-conductive polymer (A) of 0.05-1.5 mass%, the ionizing radiation-curable resin (B) of 60-99 mass%, and the cyclic-ether-containing vinyl compound (C) and/or the amide group-containing vinyl compound (D) of 0.1-30 mass%, and in addition, a photo-polymerization initiator of 1-10 mass%.
