<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a hollow needle-like object which is capable of suitably manufacturing the hollow needle-like object. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hollow needle-like object includes: filling the hollow needle-like object material on a substrate where a non-hollow needle-like object is formed and hardening the hollow needle-like object material. When filling the hollow needle-like object on the substrate where the non-hollow needle-like object is formed, the hollow needle-like object material is fixed in the shape of the hollow needle-like object in the state of self-aligning in accordance with the shape of the non-hollow needle-like object with surface tension of the hollow needle-like object material itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
