<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire in which a loss by eddy current can be reduced, and heat radiation and space factor can be improved while a manufacturing cost is suppressed with excellent manufacturing efficiency, a manufacturing method of the lead wire, an electric motor using the lead wire as a coil and a reactor. <P>SOLUTION: A stranded wire 10 is constructed by stranding a plurality of strands 11 which are coated with an insulating layer 12, and in that state, by processing using a molding die, the cross-section of the stranded wire 10 is compression molded in a prescribed shape. Thereafter, the surface of the stranded wire 10 is covered with an insulating layer 20 thicker than the thickness of the insulating layer 12 to constitute the surface of the strand 11 to manufacture the lead wire 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
