<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film, which has retardation suitable for a retardation film, and exhibits very excellent flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: The retardation film is mainly composed of acrylic polymer, and contains elastic organic fine particles.
