<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a non-contact ID identification apparatus without attaching a large attachment. <P>SOLUTION: A square IC chip 2 of which one side is 1.0 mm and the thickness is 0.25 mm is arranged on the inside of a 45-turn aligned winding antenna coil 1 of which the outer diameter is 4.0 mm, the inner diameter is 1.6 mm and the thickness is 0.4 mm, both the ends of the antenna coil 1 are put on gold bumps 2a, 2a of two terminal parts of the IC chip 2 and heated under pressure, and an Au-Cu complete solid solution is formed and connected on a boundary between a copper conductor composing the antenna coil 1 and the gold bumps 2a, 2a to prepare an IC tag 3. The IC tag 3 is put on the bottom of an upside down reversed polytetrafluoroethylene made test tube 4 with a flat bottom of 10 mm outer diameter and adhesive (low temperature varnish: C5-101 (trade name)) diluted to about 15 poise is dropped to the IC tag 3 from the upper part. A drop quantity of the adhesive is set so that the IC tag 3 is dipped into the adhesive. After dropping the adhesive, the adhesive is dried and cured at room temperature for about 15 minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
