PURPOSE: A dynamic damping device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing components, and to improve durability of a sub-frame by preventing inertia moment from being directly transferred to the sub-frame. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic damping device(100) comprises a damping unit and a joint unit. The damping unit absorbs vibration booming noise transferred from a driving system of a vehicle to a sub frame(103). And the damping unit connects a circular mass reducing vibration to the outer side of a damping pipe. The damping unit is installed using a bush bracket(113) for installing a stabilizer in the sub frame. The joint unit installs the damping unit in the bush bracket.
