<p>Title cpds. of formula (I): (where R1 is lower alkyl, phenyl (lower alkyl) in which the phenyl is separated from the N-atom by at least 2 C atoms, or cycloalkyl; R3 is H or CH3; R2 is carbamoyl opt. subst. by 1 or 2 lower alkyl groups; A is H, and Y is alkyl or cycloalkyl) and their acid addition salts, which can be used for the prophylaxis and therapy of coronary diseases and for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, are prepared by hydrogenolytically debenzylating cpds. (II) as (I) but A is -CH2C6H5 and isolating the product as the free base or as an acid addition salt.</p> |
