Dietetic food product with high biological value and organoleptic props. consists of (a) hard and/or soft wheatmeal flour; (b) vegetable proteins and/or substances which contain wheat-gluten, soya-proteins, soya-flour etc. (c) milk which is partly or completely creamed, fresh or pasteurised, sterilised, condensed, etc. (d) soluble or insoluble caseinogen, (e) lacto-albumin, (f) hydrolysed proteins and/or amino-acids. Pref. approx. wt. ratio of (a):(f) is 67:5:23: 3:1:1. |
