The present invention relates to a knock-in vector for humanizing an OCT2 gene in mice. Using the vector of the present invention, a human OCT2 gene can be expressed in mouse cells, and furthermore, a transgenic mouse stably expressing the human OCT2 gene can be produced. Therefore, the present invention can be useful in researching an OCT transporter, which is an important drug receptor. |
