<p>Title cpds are of formula (I) where A1 = (2-3C) alkylene; A2 = (2-4C) alkylene, R = (1-4C) alkyl, R1 = H or (1-4C) alkyl and salts of I. I are prepd. by condensing appropriate fragments, e.g. (a) 4-chloro-4' fluorobutyrophenone with a bicyclic residue, (b) a 4-diazaheterocyclic 4'-flurobutyrophenone with a substd. imidazolidinone residue (c) a 4-flurobenzonitrile or phenylcarbonyl halide, with a bicyclic Grignard.</p> |
