The invention provides a main tightwire replacing method of elevator, which can be rapidly used for replacing the main tightwire, and reducing cost. The method employs a main tightwire replacing fixture (11) for replacing the main tightwire, and the main tightwire replacing fixture comprises a cross-bar (6) which is arranged between guide rails and above a counter weight; guiding part (7a, 7b) which are fixed at double ends of the cross bar and isntalled on each guide rail; stringing pulley (2a, 2b) which wind the main tightwire for replacing and are isntalled on the cross-bar part; cable connecting mechenism (5a, 5b) which are equipped on the cross-bar and connect the used main tightwire. The method comprises the following processes: an installation process for holding down the new main tightwire from the machine room and installing the new main tightwire on the stringing roller; a connection process for connecting the used main tightwire to the tightwire connection mechanism; a moving process for moving the cross-bar part downwards. |
