<p>Process comprises injection of the molten thermoplastic mass and an initial shaping being effected between the heated male and female parts of a mould, and the final shaping and solidification of the article being effected between one of the heated parts of the mould and a supplementary and complementary mould part whose temp. is lower than that of the heated mould parts. Process gives high quality mouldings with a good flex resistance from thermoplastic materials having a high melt viscosity. The prodn. rate is high as a result of a short cooling period.</p> |
