摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery having large output density and superior in charge and discharge cycle characteristics by using specific LiNiO2 as a positive active material, a carbon material supporting Ag very fine grain as a negative active material, and the mixture of specific cyclic ester and chain ester as nonaqueous electrolyte solution, and specifying energy density. SOLUTION: Specific LiNiO2 is used as a positive electrode active material, its mole ratio of LI/Ni is 0.96 to 1.04, the crystal C-axis length is 14.205A or less, and the Ni3+ /Ni3+ +Ni2+ in a compound oxide is 0.99 or more. A carbon material, supporting or mixed with Ag very time grain, is used as the negative active material. The mixture of cyclic ester and chain ester, in which the volume mixing rate of the cyclic ester is 33% or less, is used as nonaqueous electrolyte solution containing electrolyte. A porous film of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyolefine base is used as a separator, and its energy density is specified to be 384 to 420 Wh/l.
