<p>A method and apparatus for scoring athletic events such as a boxing contest. Each official is provided with an individual panel upon which performance points are recordable. The points scored by each individual judge or official are transmitted into a master console for cumulative progressive scoring of the event as it progresses, with the collected points being flashed on a scoreboard that is visible to the audience so that they may be progressively aware of the standing of the contest as it progresses.</p> |
