FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cutting devices with replaceable cutting plates. Cutting plate has eight identical main cutting edges, four of which can operate with positive axial front angle and four with negative axial front angle. Cutting plate has two identical opposite face surfaces and peripheral surface extending between end surfaces and having four identical side surfaces. On side views plate has square shape, and each face surface has two lowered angles and two raised angles. Through lowered angles passes diagonal line. Peripheral surface is V-shaped on types along two diagonal lines, connected with each end surface, wherein two V-shaped forms are identical and oriented in opposite directions.EFFECT: improving process of materials cutting.12 cl, 8 dwg |
