<p>By grouping together all subscriber addresses for a given area, on the information/label feed to the addressing machine, all packages can be handled as one run and kept together. The addition to this information of a further series of labels, to cover the various groups and provided at each change of destination, separated at the main addressing machine and fed to a secondary machine, allows simultaneous bundling and labelling of these groups for despatch. The use of a common control impulse sequence for the two addressing machines and the conveyors ensures that the correct package and label reach the application point together.</p> |
