The neck of the bottle is designed with a series of protrusions some distance below the screwed portion. After filling, a plastic cap is screwed on, then a second cap is sprung over the first, designed so that it cannot be removed except by unscrewing the first cap. This second cap extends down the neck of the bottle beyond the protrusions in the bottle neck and has internal protrusions positioned on a weakened section at its lower end such that as the two cap components are unscrewed, the protrusions on cap and bottle must come into contact and the lower section of the cap break off.
