The sealing is for gaps between the covered roof truss units, in protective roofing over weather-exposed building sites, where materials have to be brought in from above, and it immediately adjoins the covering of a truss unit, with the opposite part fitting on the next truss covering. The sealing assembly may be a fully enclosed hollow torus, or one open at both ends. The insertion or removal of individual truss units by crane is facilitated, while good weather protection is afforded.
