<p>The scaffolding pole is adjustable in length and enables the number of poles used to be reduced. The pole is made up of three iron tubular sections, tow of which (1, 2) are supports, with the third section (3) being of sufficient diameter to slide along the inside of the wo supporting tubes. Each of the two support sections has a threaded locking lever (4, 5). A groove on each of the supporting tubes (7, 8) enables the pole to be telescoped together. Rubberised plugs (9, 10, 11, 12) fill the ends of the tubes. The central tube has a mark at each end (13, 14) indicating the maximum extension of the pole.</p> |
