<p>In a control means of a water turbine generator, it has been known that the inertia effect of water in a water conduit for directing water to the turbine has an adverse effect on the controllability of the water turbine. In this view, said control means is combined with means for imitating the inertia effect to compensate the inertia of the water in the conduit, so that the controllability of the water turbine is improved.</p> |
