Transporting yarn loops - by depositing yarns on vibrating laying rings which shake the loops onto endless belts on which the loops form coils

Yarn loops are conveyed by laying the yarns with a guide eyelet onto a vibratory yarn ring arranged immediately in front of the eyelet and forming a loop of the yarn which is shaken off the ring onto an endless belt, chain, wire or net about which the loops wind themselves, whereby a number of them form a coil. Appts. includes an endlessly variable over-running drive composed of a main drive shaft on which is mounted a cam in contact with a cam follower to transmit over-running or driving movements which are imparted to the endless belts etc.
