<p>A non-return valve having a closure member which pivots on knife-edged bearing portions in contact with flat bearing plates. Aligning means are provided to align the closure member with the valve seat. The valve plate is biased by an upstanding balance weight and a removable domed closure cap is provided to house the balance weight and provide access to the valve.</p> |
