The present invention relates to a high thermal resistant polybenzoxazole compound comprising pyridine, an organic insulating film composition comprising the same, and a thin film transistor using the same. The polymer compound according to the present invention has excellent chemical resistance, insulation properties and thermal resistance with respect to a base, and has favorable effects on process simplification and cost cutting by enabling the formation of an insulator through a solution process, thereby being able to be helpfully used in an organic insulating film composition or a thin film transistor.
