Disclosed are an interlock device of a switchgear door and a switchgear including the same, wherein the switchgear door can be opened only when a circuit device of the switchgear is in a blocked or grounded state. The interlock device comprises: a wire member configured to interlock with a driving part for realizing the blocked, input and grounded states of the circuit device included in the switchgear, to be pulled toward the driving part when the circuit device is in the input state, and to be released from the pull when the circuit device is in the blocked or grounded state; a locking frame included in the main body frame of the switchgear to be able to reciprocate and having one end connected to the wire member so that movement can be restricted when the wire member is pulled, and the movement can be performed when the wire member is released from the pull; a hanging part protruding in a lateral direction from the other end of the locking frame and having an inclined surface formed on one end so that a body can become wider outward; and a coupling frame included in the switchgear door, including a coupling hole for penetrating the hanging part for coupling, and capable of moving in an outward direction of the hanging part, wherein the coupling frame is hung on the inclined surface and movement is restricted when the wire member is pulled, and the coupling frame can be separated from the hanging part when the wire member is released from the pull. |
