The present invention relates to a V-shaped ring limiter. The V-shaped ring limiter is constantly interposed between or coupled to a place to be sealed by a clamp joint or a bolt-nut assembly. The present invention provides the V-shaped ring limiter, comprising: a ring unit coming in contact with the place to be compressed or relaxed and having a V-shaped cross sectional surface; and a limiter unit disposed to be spaced from one side or the other side of the ring unit to restrain a physical behavior or plastic deformation of the ring unit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the V-shaped ring limiter which can provide optimized sealing properties and is easily assembled.
