1387528 Three-point linkage DEERE & CO 12 April 1973 [12 April 1972] 17706/73 Heading A1P A three point linkage for an agricultural vehicle has a manually adjustable lift link with a spindle housing 1 and an eye 2 for universal connection with a lift arm. The spindle housing has a shoulder 14 forming a bearing for the upper part of a lifting spindle 7 when the latter is in compression. A drive shaft 9 with hand crank 10 is rotatably connected to the spindle 7 by a flexible shaft 13 which may consist of spring coils. The lower end of the spindle 7 (not shown) makes screw threaded engagement with the lower part of the lift link which supports a lower draft link of the three point hitch. By rotating the drive shaft 9 the effective length of the lift link can be increased or decreased.
