1413841 Cement coating A MONK & CO Ltd 16 May 1973 [15 June 1972] 27961/72 Heading B2E [Also in Division E1] A layer (e.g. for a floor) containing high alumina cement is bonded to a substrate by applying (e.g. as a liquid) an epoxy adhesive of a vapour pressure not exceeding 3mm of mercury at 20‹C and having some tolerance for water to the substrate and applying said layer of cement over the adhesive, the adhesive being formed of an epoxy resin and a liquid ouring agent of e.g. polyamide-polyamine resin. Various additives, e.g. reactive or non-reactive dilutents, plasticisers or accelerators are specified. Examples of resins and curing agents are given.
