VSTOL able to land on water - has flying wing configuration, and jet deflectors

The cabin is part of the wing surface and the longitudinal and transverse sections are bi-convex and symmetrical to their respective chords. The curve of the lateral parts is equal to the curve of the max. longitudinal section, the ends of these lateral curves being tangents to a parallel to the central longitudinal axis. The arc of the circle which forms the rear end has the nose as its centre. The aircraft has two rudders and elevators. Engines embedded within the structure on either side of the centre line provide thrust for forward flight but by means of deflectors they can provide vertical thrust. A lift engine at the forward end of the aircraft gives the aircraft a slight positive angle of incidence.
