摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure fluctuation adsorption type hydrogen gas production method capable of properly cleaning adsorption agent while suppressing a consumption amount of product gas.SOLUTION: A pressure fluctuation adsorption type hydrogen gas production method is provided where an adsorption process, a desorption process, a cleaning process, and a pressure raising process are sequentially performed with respect to an adsorption tower 1 provided in a form filled with adsorption agent for adsorbing adsorption target components from a raw material gas, and in a form where a raw material gas supply passage 3 and an off gas discharge passage 4 are connected to one end side, and a product gas discharge passage 5 and a product gas supply passage 6 are connected to the other end side. In the cleaning process, at first, a first cleaning process is performed where a cleaning gas from a cleaning gas supply passage 11 connected to a position between the one end side and the other end side in the adsorption tower 1 is caused to be circulated through inside the adsorption tower 1, and to be discharged from the off gas discharge passage 4. After that, a second cleaning process is performed where the product gas from the product gas supply passage 6 is caused to be circulated through inside the adsorption tower 1, and to be discharged from the off gas discharge passage 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
