<p>The utensil has a conducting resistive surface (2) in its heating area, so placed in electric field generated by the alternating voltage source (6), that an alternating current flow through it and heats it. The alternating voltage source (6) is connected to electrodes (4, 5'). The electrode (5') is mounted in the centre of the heating plate (3), is attached to the first terminal of the generator (6) and is exposed on the surface. The second electrode (4) is annular in shape and is embedded in the heating plate; it is attached to the second terminal of the generator (6).
