<p>A boiler has steam supplied to the storage drum by the supply pipes (2) which may be distributed along the arm. The pipes extend inwards to the space (3) at the centre of the drum. This space connects with one or more cyclone separators (6, 8) by the feed passages (7, 9). The steam is separated from the condensate by the cyclone separators. The inner vessel (3) is supported by the longitudinal bracket (4) which is itself supported on the the steam drum at the bracket (5). The expansion is taken up by the rollers (11) on either side of the brackets.</p> |
