<p>A rinsing product for dish-washing and similar machines contains apart from surfactants, at least one corrosion inhibitor. In dish-washing the final rinse is given so that the water drains easily from the dishes and dries to a uniform shiny appearance without mineral salt or lime stains. It has been found that the corrosion which can occur in dish-washing machines on metal products such as knives, metal covers, etc, is due to the conditions occurring in the machine during this final rinse and subsequent hot drying. The addn. of a corrosion inhibitor not only overcomes this problem but also improves the quality of the rinsing giving a clean and sparkling appearance.</p> |
