<p>The surveyor's pole which enables repetitive and independent measurements to be made, has a pole body (1) of fixed length which is inclined at a known angle and attached to a flat horizontal element (2) under which a foot (3) is attached in the conventional manner. The upper part of the pole is fitted with a curveying head (6). Cylindrical arms (8, 9) carrying a gyroscopic armature (10) are maintained in the vertical position. Two telescopic arms (12, 12') form a tripod with the pole body.</p> |
