<p>Fitting detachably secures together sections of wall, rail, frame etc, having jaws gripping the sections between them. It comprises a first jaw (1) with an intermediate piece (2) fixed to it, and a second jaw (3) secured to the intermediate piece. The second jaw has a mating recess (4) accommodating part of the intermediate piece, so as to guide the jaw into position. The recess is dimensioned so as to allow sections of different thickness to be joined together, the second jaw being pressed against the intermediate piece. The intermediate piece can be integral with the first jaw, which can be set at an angle of 90, 120 or 135 deg.</p> |
