Ejector plates device for injection moulding - with sliding plates operated by pins in the moving tool

An injection moulding press for plastic materials has fixed and/or lateral moving blocks, axial ejector columns and a number of ejector pins, and the blocks are closed during injection and cooling by means of hooked locks. The moving mould tool has several ejector plates with(out) sliding blocks for the ejector, each plate being pressed by the ejector column, and pins in the moving tool operate the sliding blocks. Design provides perfect ejection for mouldings with large collar and external thread.
