The electric motor is connected to the shaft through planetary gears with a bracket carrying at least one planetary gear. Its rotary motion is limited. It is pressed by a spring to a stop when the sensor does not apply a force to the shaft. When the sensor does apply a force to the shaft, the bracket is moved to a second stop and a switch i. e. to a position opposite to that in which it is when the bracket rests on the first stop. A set of rings (34) at the end of the shaft (26) driven by the motor (12) serves as the sensor.
